A Branch in Onezy is one of the main point for your customers. Within a branch, the user can attract with order type, phone number, whatsapp number, location, images and much more.

Note: These steps can be done through the owner account
  1. Go to dashboard https://admin.onezy.io/
  2. then, click on branches from settings in the sidebar.
  3. Click on Create a branch
  4. Add all branch basic information

    Branch name: Enter the name of the new branch.
    Branch name localized: Enter the localized name in a 2nd language of your choice.
    Contact number: Phone number can a customer contact with the branch
    Whatsapp Number: Whatsapp number can a customer contact with the branch
    Delivery Time: time can your customer know when order will be ready
